Dear CCIM Members and Friends,

Happy New Year! As we usher in 2026, I am both honored and excited to serve as your District President. I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your unwavering support and engagement throughout 2026. Your dedication to the Commercial Real Estate industry and the CCIM community has been nothing short of inspiring.

Reflecting on the past year, we celebrate the many successes we achieved together. From impactful networking events to insightful educational programs, 2025 was a year of growth and connection. As we look ahead to 2026, I am eager to build on this momentum and work alongside our exceptional board of directors to elevate the programming and opportunities we offer.
This year, our focus will be on several key initiatives:

• Retaining Members: Ensuring our current members continue to find value in their CCIM membership by providing resources and opportunities that support their professional success.
• Increasing Involvement: Encouraging more participation in CCIM events and fostering meaningful connections both locally and state-wide.
