DISTRICT PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Dear Members, Attendees and Sponsors,
As we move into 2026, we look back on the last year and celebrate our successes and learn from the challenges the market sent our way. We recognize that we are blessed to live in a state that continues to see in-migration and growth. The West Coast District of CCIM is very fortunate to include some of the highest performing markets in the entire country – where the CRE future continues to look bright…although different than in previous years.
When determining ways to manage the headwinds of the commercial real estate landscape, it’s important to focus on the basics that have proven valuable in the past. Traditionally, those with the knowledge and connections are poised to continue their successful path. At CCIM, we believe that education and networking are the cornerstones of a meaningful career. Staying on top of the newest trends in commercial real estate, continuing to engage and building relationships with the people that make a difference in the market are paramount to a long, enriching career.
We will continue, with the support of our members and the backing of our partners and sponsors, to offer cutting-edge educational programs, members-only events and a slew of scholarships to elevate our mission. Our socials and networking events will provide you with a myriad of ways to connect and build relationships to enhance your professional career and your circle of friends. For those of you walking down the path of achieving your CCIM Designation, we will host several core course educational events in our area to allow you to grow your knowledge and value to your clients.
