The North District serves the Hamilton, Suwannee, Columbia, Union, Alachua, Bradford, Baker, Nassau, Duval, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, Gilchrist, and Flagler counties.

CCIM  -  Certified Commercial Investment Member.  For more than 56 years, the CCIM Designation remains the global standard for commercial real estate professionals. The CCIM Institute Pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM Designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial real estate.

The mission of the Florida CCIM Chapter is to provide the highest quality marketing and networking opportunities, services, and education that will enhance our members‘ ability to conduct business successfully.

Dear District Members and Future Leaders,

I hope this message finds you well. As a passionate supporter of our industry and this exceptional organization, I am excited to be a part of the ongoing rejuvenation of the Florida CCIM Chapter North District as President this year.

Like many organizations, we’ve experienced challenges that have slowed momentum, but over the last several months, we have turned the page and there is new life in our District. We have had many new volunteers join our board with the energy, ideas, and involvement to move forward!

Our plan in 2026 in the North District, is to reach towards a vibrant, engaged, and thriving network of commercial real estate professionals. Our goals include:

· Host impactful educational and networking events tailored to the needs of our members

· Continue to grow local leadership and governance, with support from the FL Chapter

· Create opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and deal-making

· Reconnect with former members and continue to welcome new faces into our CCIM community

But we cannot do this without you!  We are still seeking volunteers to help with this transformation - members who care about their local market, who want to elevate their careers, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves to recharge something special. Whether you’re an experienced CCIM, a candidate, or a professional exploring membership, your voice and your talents are needed.

No contribution is too small—whether you’re able to help plan events, coordinate communications, serve on a leadership committee, or simply offer feedback. This is your opportunity to shape the future of the North District and be part of something meaningful.
